I really like Aveda too - and i also have very fine, thin, color treated hair.

Also Bumble%26amp;Bumble makes a great hairspray product "Does is all Spray" which I like that has a lighter hold than the Aveda.

Both are safe for color treated hair, and are quality products (which you pay for - about $20 for each bottle)

aveda air control it hold but still gives you that natural look and smells very good..I mean it does not smell like cheap hairspray

Try to go natural,and think of things in your kitchen you can use.

I've heard of people using a few drops of lemon juice.
