Hair styles? How to ask?

How would a long hairstyle like this work on me? I have hair to about three inches below my shoulders. Would extensions look choppy? What do i ask for? Should i get extensions, or get my hair thinned out? Where can i get those lepord print extensions? What colors would look good in my hair? What daily things would I need to do to style my hair? Keep it straight with only one color all that crazy mixed color makes you look like a rockstar and if u add extensions to your hair go ahead i always think that long hair is better cause you can style it in many ways but try a long curly blondish color that would look nice with you
