and there's one by pantene which works really well too, and it's my favorite.

it really does help, and you can notice a difference in your hair with the first time you use it. and it's fairly cheap.

I use TRESemme Thermal Creations Heat Tamer Spray.

I really gets it's job done: It doesn't leave my hair sticky and makes it silky smooth when it's used with heat.

Plus it doesn't hurt that it smells really yummy

The two products I use to protect my hair from damage are infusium leave in conditioner spray. I use that at night and it gets tangles out really well. The other is Treseme heat protector. It is a spray in a black bottle with a red nozzle. I spray that on before straightening or curling my hair and nothing protects my thick hair better.
