help! i have frizzy, curly, and thick red hair. i want to try out some new styles to wear to school. i'm getting bored with the styles i wear now, and want something that is pretty, easy, and something that will look nice with my type of hair. also, in the mornings, i dont have a lot of time to style my hair, so something quick will also be helpful. please give me some suggestions or websites

Well, my hair is very wavy and has a lot of ringlets, so i usually straighten my hair, it usually takes about 20 minutes. I also use shampoo that helps. Try looking at the different shampoo brands they have different kinds of hair you can get by using their product, maybe they will give you ideas.

Not much you can really do with frizzy curly type hair. Especially if you're short on time. I suggest you only go to a salon where they have a specalist in curly hair because a bad cut comes from any stylist who believes they can make it work without an understanding of the nature of curly hair. It is a special way of cutting and thinning. I suggest a consultation before the cut... always pick their brain, it is usually free and question them on the facts... see if they really KNOW curly hair and how it shrinks and grows very uneven...

Ouidad has some great product! Ouidad.com it does get pricey, but they are the best! If you are in or near NYC go to her salon... She is the best!

If you want to go straight. There is a japanese method of straightening that is awesome but quite expensive...

You could always bring back the finger wave! I always thought they were so pretty when done right.
